The Villa "La Gran Duquesa" is a private house that you can rent for your gathering of friends or family.

We are private owners and we always rent this villa completely, never by rooms or shared. For temporary rental or vacation rental for groups of 15 to 30 people.

THE BEACH
 

The extensive beach of San Juan is located approximately 1 km walk from the villa La Gran Duquesa or if you prefer you can take the tram that stops 200 meters from the door and will leave you on the beach at the next station. You will find chiringuitos like "Teatre beach" - chiringuito "Isla Marina"

THE GOOD LIFE
 

In the city of Alicante you will find all kinds of entertainment and marine sports, as well as excellent restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine, shopping, theaters, discos, clubs, golf courses, beaches and a wonderful climate all year round.
